Mushkin Hi Perf PC2100 or Corsair PC2700?

Since Mushkins has released it's new PC2100 that runs at CAS settings of 2-2-2, which RAM would be the better choice, it or the Corsair XMS PC2700?

Here's a review link for the new Mushkin PC2100....they run it at 185Mhz at 2-2-2 and 200Mhz at 2-3-3.

Tuff Choice

Micron makes the chips for Corsair, same as Crucial which is TOP rated.
Mushkin is a good brand too. If they guarentee it'll do a certain speed....it will . So if it doesn't they will gladly take it back and replace it.

Which 1 can you get cheaper?

Very Tuff choice.

As of right now the Mushkin can be had $20 cheaper than the Corsair when buying direct from Mushkin using a special through OCTools.com

buy samsung you can get a 512mb pc2700 stick for 132 @ www.googlegear.com.
icronic forums members have got that ddr to 200fsb cas2
so its well worth it, one of the cheapest out right now

No I believe Corsair uses SAMSUNG chips.

Although that's not what I have heard. But it may be wrong.
Or Corsair may use both. (1 or the other)

It wouldn't make sense that Corsair would use Micron chips. I don't think they officially make 2700 chips, yet.

I have 2 512mb Corsair PC2700 which has the Samsung chips.

I can reach 184mhz with the timings @2.8V, 200mhz with slowest timings at 2.9v.
