Will these pc3200 chips be the same pc2700 samsung chips but tested to run at pc3200 or are they true pc3200 chips?

When they are out, which I'm hearing will be around June 24th, it'll e true pc3200.

I heard there may be 2 versions of the chips, a cas2 ("A4") and a cas 2.5 yield.
