Volt mod kit

I have seen them mentioned but I can not find a link to see or purchase one. Any one know where I can get a Volt mod kit for my Abit TH7II Raid? I have seen one mentioned on this forum as Larrys volt mod kit allowing, from what I understand, a rheostat type device to adjust voltage up and down. Thanks in advance.
