Looking for a video card, what do you guys think about this one?

This is the video card I'm looking at right now for my a rig I'm setting up for a friend. He does play games from time to time but he doesn't care if the graphics are turned down low. Another friend of mine has this card and can play farcry with it. Do you guys have any suggestions or comments?

What other nvidia card might you recommend for under $100?
