How to make 8800 fan run at 100% after temps go above 65?

I want the fan to run at 100% when the temp goes above 65, is this possible in a simple way? There's a riva tuner guide with like 100 steps to do this one simple's annoying frankly..
Look at it, there's seriously no simpler way?
