added the silver kill coil and dead water as suggested also added 2x 45 degree fitting for my water block so i dont have such an abrupt turn in the tubing.
I plan on ordering tommorow blew my budget out of the water but no point in having the new cpu and not being able to use it.
I can't wait to start building it! But while I'm still waiting on parts I had a question.
I am planning on plumbing my loop from the pump through the front 120.1 rad to the block then up to the top 240 and back to the reservoir. Will this plumbing setup work or is there another route that would perform better?
Will probably need guidance on bleeding my system once it's installed. I got my 5.25 bottom plate hacked out and just re routing some cables as I type. My cpu showed up today and I'm very tempted to pop it in and see what the temps are like with the h80 on stock settings but forcing myself to wait until I have proper cooling in place (it's killing me looking at the cpu sitting on my desk still wrapped up lol).
On a side note I won't be reinstalling my optical drive have zero use for it since I installed windows. I am looking for a single 5.25 fan controller to handle up to 6 fans any suggestions? Keep in mind I already spent $200 more on the loop than originally planned so price is important.
Just tested one of my pwm fans the scythe slipstream i posted earlier in this thread, bios control seems to work awesome quiet as a whisper until i start running p95 set threshold to 58C and holy **** does that fan move alot of air at 100% and only slightly louder than the H80 fans at full blast. Hopefully the swiftech splitter works just as good for the rest of them.
