What motherboard for overclock

You made a great (extreme overkill) choice. You'll never use all the features on that board, but it will serve you well.

Sarcasm?? Yeah, i know, and even if it has pci-e x2 there´s no place for the secont video card because of the power supply or the case is mini itx micro atx...
Now i need to learn oc from the bottom LOLOL
 
Actually on this board there is a lot to learn if you want to make it right :) However auto settings work pretty good in most cases. Each new ROG series is more user-friendly ... or they just assume that overclockers know/try less nowadays ;)

Not really dude. For extreme tweaking/overclocking, yes. If he wants to play with RAM, cache, frequency, BCLK, then he has a lot to learn. But in terms of just applying a simple, beginner overclock, it's a matter of voltage/multi and perhaps LLC and you're good to go.
