im not sure, it bsod and gave this "0x124" i added a tiny bit more voltage, have not crashed in any games yet. i have like 2-3x in this week or so.

i will run aida64 tonight when i go to sleep with some extra voltage n see if its stable.
 
i am @ 4,500mhz and 1.265v in bios, but core temp says 1.27 voltage. still getting BSOD with error 0x0000124 so far.
 
124 error is too low CPU voltage on ambient temps ( on cold it can be also too high voltage but not in your case ).
I don't recommend to use any OC genie or other auto OC feature. They're never optimized for all CPUs and usually cause stability issues.

Average 4670/4770K needs 1.30-1.35V for 4.5GHz. Looks like yours needs higher voltage than 1.265V. Many of these chips run at 4.2-4.3GHz 1.20-1.25V.
