I was wondering what kind of speeds you guys get with a 64mb Radeon 8500...non LE on stock cooling.

I could do 294/280 on a built by ATI with 3.6 Hynix chips before I replaced the GPU cooling and did a volt mod. Then the card did what you see in my sig.

300/295 on mine, no mods.

295/295 on mine....no mods or extra cooling other then the 120mm fan on the side of my case

I got up to somewhere around 304/315 with stock cooling

Was it the volt mod that did it?

I got a new 8500 and it has Hynix 3.3 RAM
Stock clocks were 275/299 !

Gonna be trying the volt mod again and I wanna bust 12,000 with the 8500 (800x600)

and for a 8500LE w/ crapy 5 ns mem is there any mod to get it higher? I got 260/220. Im a begginer so dont lagh out.

I was able to get 290/290 out of my Radeon 8500 64MB retail with stock cooling. Anything higher than that would give me artifacts. I have no idea what kind of memory chips were on it.
