I am looking for a cheap tool to crimp both standard molex pins and fan connector pins
these are the plugs/pins:

I've used this tool for many years and it works exceptionally well. Not sure if that falls into your category of cheap.

would prefer 1/2 that price, but it is acceptable, thanks
the price of $40 + i was seeing on campers is well too high

You're welcome. I'm sure you can probably find them cheaper elsewhere, but I'm not sure what brand it is.
