Here is some info on your board... judging by this, I would say that it is compatible. However, I would advise buying a slotket (slot 1 to socket 370 converter) and an FCPGA PIII. It would end up being a bit cheaper and you have more cooling options with a socket chip than you do with a slot chip. Whichever way you look at it, I think the PIII 1GHz 100FSB chip would be a good buy, as if you are looking to overclock, these processors can hit 1200+MHz with good cooling. Some have even hit 1333 MHz.
