I'm getting this message when i go from133 fsb to 138, what does this message mean?

Probably memory. Are you on PC2100 mem? You may need a bump in voltage.

If that doesn't help try bumping the voltage on the chip, this might be it also.

No, I actually have pc2700 memory and I don't think upping the voltage is necessary

Yup, upped the voltage to 1.85 and now its stable and runs prime. Only problem are the temps which are a couple of degrees higher, still they're ok to me.
