Ok so i plugged in the rheos to my smart fan 2's and am testing to see the noise level. When i turn the ps on the rheo's dont work, the fans stay at the same speed. Is there anything else i need to do. Do I need my mobo in able to use my rheostats?

I don't have a Smart Fan II (or ever seen one close up for that matter), but isn't there some sort of blue jumper on the fan that needs to be removed in order for it to work with rheo/thermister?
