My MBM 5 is telling me I'm only running at 1200 MHz. Is this right!?!?!? I thought it was supposed to be much faster than that!

What should the default speed for an XP 1900+ be?

1600MHz (12 X 133)
You are running at 100MHz FSB which corrisponds to 1200MHz (12 X 100). Upp the FSB to 133MHz and your PC will come up as normal (1.6GHz)

1600 Mhz. Should be 12 x 133. You have your mobo setting or jumper set to 100. Look in the manual and see how to set the default FSB to 133, should be in the bios or a jumper on the board.

Yep that's what it is. I thought something was screwey there. Thanx. I'm gonna overclock anyways so let's see what happens

dont push youre system to far go very slowly
