Possible with good cooling and unlocking it. Though your memory might hold you back.

I would guess 1.8 or a bit more, because its still an AROIA and they were designed to run at 1.8 afterall. and yes, you will propably will have to unlock the chip, unless your RAM can do 180FSB or even more, depends on what your chip can do

My chip didn't make it, even with 1.85 volts - so good luck and hope you have a better one than I.
