Sandra temp readings

What is the best way to determine temps? I have a KT7A the bios is reporting my board temps as 80F and CPU temp 108F but Sandra puts my board temps at 75F and CPU temps at 83F.

Is the Abit bios accurate as it looks like Sandra is way low?

Should I trust the Bios reporting of temps?

dont know about abit boards, but i think i'd trust my epox results more than the sandra....
