Video Card/ Monitor Problems???

I have a KDS Radius 5 LCD Monitor, and the rest of my system is in my sig.

Most of the time, when I turn my computer on, the monitor will be white, and it will blink, then it will be white, so i reset the computer a few times, and eventually I get picture.

Whats wrong?

drivers maybe? unless its a pnp it may need drivers, but thats probably not it, sounds like a video card problem. is it oced? if it is underclock it and try.

try giving the card it's own irq, new drivers, if all else fails reformat
