Norton proplem

My friend is having a proplem with norton SW 2002. He installed it on his computer but it will not let him update the software at all. He goes to live update and it LOOKS like it starts to update but it goes for a while then it says it can not install the updates you selected. What the frap is wrong?

Can you possibly download the updates individually, from the Norton website?

Could be that his year of availablility is used up.

No the suscription says its good untill 02/07/2004. And it confirms the suscription and starts to download then it says that norton was unable to install the updates. I will try downloading them indviualy for him. That propably will work.
