Upping voltage

Any ideas how to increase DC voltage?

I would like to power my laptop (15v 2a) from a car lighter socket (12v). Both DC, so any ideas??

they do have the 15 some dollar Car Lighter socket adpaters for laptops

dont know how you can feasibly up the voltage otherwise... whats your laptop manuf.?
