The 1800+ DLT3C's are somewhat rare, but there are still quite a few that have them. DLT3C is a lower voltage core (1.5V as default), whereas the normal 1700+ and 1800+ are DUT3C (1.60V default). The lower voltage generally adds up to increased overclocking potential.

They generally overclock equivelent to a DLT3C 1700+ (available everywhere). These chips are hitting ~2.4ghz on average, with some going 2.5ghz and higher.
