hi

well ive decided to add a window to my case.. and after reading some tutorials i found on the net im sorta confident in what im doin.. but i still need some suggetsions..

would my case cooling be affected if i cut out the little vents on my case?..

You could install a window with a cutout in it for a case fan, that would more than make up for any cooling loss from the vent.
 
Yeah...those little pinholes definitely won't do much for you, if anything. You can always put a fan in the window if you wanted.
 
I beg to differ. Those holes help to bring more air into the case.
I have an Inwin Q2000 and even with my case fans I can still feel a slight pull using a lit match. The flame does move. I would cut the window on the other side of the holes.
