window suggestion

hi

well ive decided to add a window to my case.. and after reading some tutorials i found on the net im sorta confident in what im doin.. but i still need some suggetsions..

would my case cooling be affected if i cut out the little vents on my case?..

You could install a window with a cutout in it for a case fan, that would more than make up for any cooling loss from the vent.

those vents are probably doin nothing just stick an extra case fan in somewhere if the heat bothers you

Yeah...those little pinholes definitely won't do much for you, if anything. You can always put a fan in the window if you wanted.

yea, I'd just chop 'em out.......they're not gonna affect anything. If anything, I would make sure to put a hole in your window where that fan hole is so you can still mount a fan in your side panel.

I beg to differ. Those holes help to bring more air into the case.
I have an Inwin Q2000 and even with my case fans I can still feel a slight pull using a lit match. The flame does move. I would cut the window on the other side of the holes.
