Will my cooler do for Prescot?

Anything better than Intel stock will do for OCing unless you really have to bump Vcore a lot. Prescott itself does seem to handle the heat pretty well though. I'd be more worried about cooling your mainboards power-regulation-area.
 
That cooler should do it but don't be shocked if you see very high temps. The Prescott itself wouldn't mind the heat... those things are tough and can take much more damage than you think they can. As said above you should be worried about your mobo. You need good case cooling.
 
The Prescotts seem to run about 10 degrees hotter than a Northwood at the same speed. Seems like the higher you raise the vcore on the Prescotts, then they really start sucking the power and causes the mosfets and power regulators on the motherboard to heat up. Definitely need good case ventilation like was already said.
