motherboard help

spec:
board-Soyo-P4VGA-Via socket 478 ATX
Processor-Intel-P4 2.8GHz/512cache/533MHz FSB/socket 478
memory-Ultra 512mb pc2700 ddr333MHz

I can not get my mob to recognize all of my processor-it
only recognize 2.1 of it-have been in the bios and change a
few numbers but still no luck-I have Workstation bios v6.00pg.
have not changed bios. all of this came as a bundle.

any help or ideas would be app.

maybe you got sent the wrong chip? I dunno maybe, stranger things have happened.
