Can I put an 1.2 Ghz (that runs at 266 FSB) in an Asus A7V ? ; I know that the KT133 - without the "A" - is not nade to run from stock this procesors, but I think it would ... am I wrong?
Thanks.

you probably won't be able to run the processor at it's default multiplier and fsb, which is 9*133, because the kt133 chipset can't run that fast. however, most 1.2ghz chips are unlocked, so you could run it at 12*100 if you have an a7v rev1.02 or later (i.e. it supports multiplier changes).

i had a 266fsb 1.2ghz athlon on an a7v at 12.5*105=1312mhz without any problems.
