have a question on a particular video card

A friend of mine has a laptop, and it has an ATI card. The card is a ATI IGP 320m 64meg card with 350mhz DAC. All I am trying to find out, is if the card supports hardware T&L. I tried ATI's site, and that was no help, I did find the card on their site, but it didn't say yes or no for this card, or really any other cards. Its a fairly new laptop, and it does support DirectX 9.0 as well as open GL.
