LCD HELP! and port95nt please plz plz

Hello all i need some help with the lcd ive been trying to wire up for the past 3 days and im not getting anywhere....i have this LCD and i tryed out the wiring guide from here and it seems to be the same as others i have found on the net but i dont get nothing on the lcd screen not even the back light comes on. also i guess i am supposed to install port95nt and everytime i try that i get this error............


does anyone know how i can fix these ?
