Replacement NorthBridge Chipset Fan for Abit AI7

Hello All,

This is the second NorthBridge Chipset Fan that I have had to replace on this mobo. I have heard that the fans are notorious for failing, but this is getting to be too much. I am wondering if anyone has a recommendation on a cost effective solution to replace this fan? Anyone have a couple of possible solutions?

I am new to overclocking and advanced modding. I don't push my PC as much as others, pretty much general usage. Can anyone recommend a good place to start with the technicalities of modding and overclocking?

The NB-1 Cooler is a good one, or the Vantec VGA + Chipset Copper cooler is also a good choice.
