ASUS A8V rev 2.0 Non deluxe OC problem

i am trying to overclock my venice 3000+ on this motherboard, the core speed is at 2.2ghz, 245mhz*9, memory is on 5/3 divider at 200mhz, no matter what i do i can not get it to boot when i raise the speed to above 2.2ghz, the screen would stay blank and go in to sleep mode, the AGP/PCI lock is on at 66/33.

i know the non deluxe board is pretty rare, wondering if anyone knows how to solve this proble.

p.s. can i use delux bio for the non delux A8V?

Some people seem to have got this working by either putting their memory in the "B" slots or by using the 0205 bios (not the latest). Others do have problems with it though by the look of it.
