Linux VFat Defrag?

Im wondering if this is logical. I have my MP3 HDD, which is giving the symptoms of a standard windows harddrive that is fragmented. (Lots of hdd thrashing when playing songs, constant seeking)

Is there a Linux vfat defragmentor, or something people can recommend to me for this?
