Bigfootcomputers.com VERY good customer service

I recently ordered $167.90 worth of merchandise from Bigfootcomputers.com with an unverified paypal account. Unfortunately I didn't read the statement saying they only accepted verified paypal accounts.

Not only the did sales rep hold my order for a few days while I attempted to verify my paypal account, he refunded the money within a day when I told him I was unsuccessful in verifying my account.

Very awesome service!
