power supply fan


I just attained the fan from a 200 Watt TOP power supply, It has no ground wire and i want to know if it is possible to mod in a ground wire and mod the fan into the side of my case as a case fan. Please leave comments and ideas of how to go through with this idea. thank you in advance.
