I was wondering wich brought best results?
using a lower divider and tightening the timings (wich will drop your mem bandwith alot)
Or Relatively loose timings and higher mem bandwith?
From what people say higher bandwith doesnt do much for the AMDs so i was wondering if running my pc4000 at or below pc 3200 speed to get much tighter timings would be any good?

This is a very old argument around here. The bottom line is it depends on the application you are running. Also, if you raise your memory speed and loosen the timings that the two changes can just cancel each other out. My advice would be to test the different settings for bandwidth, super pi speed, and whatever benchmarks you normally use to see which yields the best performance.
