Need help finding a motherboard

I am fixing up an emachines for a friend a mine that the motherboard blew on. I need a socket A with basicly integrated everything(video, ethernet, etc.) I'll recycle the processor and HD. I have a PSU that I am going to recycle from an old build. I just need something simple and as cheap as possible. The most important thing is reliability. This is not going to OC'd in any way. Thanks for the help.

oh and it needs to be new and retail, not OEM or refurbed.
