A8N-E, is it good or bad

My dad just got me one of these and I was wondering if it was any good. Exchanging it is out of the question, I dont have the money to get any thing else. Just a simple question: Is it atleast decent?

It's very stable, the only drawback is no v-core higher than 1.55, and no chipset voltage adjustments. Still, mine is strong up to 310HT, and I have benched @ over 1200HTT.
