Can anyone recommend a socket 939 microATX mobo with decent overclocking capabilities and a pci-ex16 slot? sata 3.0 is preferable.

I agree, i had that board and ran my opty 146 at 3GHZ with my TCCD at close to DDR600. Its a great board for a SFF case. The only problems i ran into were faulty memory slots, but after an RMA it was all good.

Im running the Epox 9GF6100-M with an Opty 148. Lots of BIOS settings available for tweakage. So far it is extremely stable.
I DID put a heatsink on the Northbridge as it gets pretty warm.
Give this one a look!

The best Matx 939 boards for OCing that can handle 300+ HTT are the Biostar 939 Tforce 6100 and the DFI Infinity RS482.
