need inputs.. dunno whats wrong.

i cant seem to power on my rig with one push of the power-on button. first push does nothing, i have to push it the second time for my rig to start powering/running.

i have used several power switches already. i am now using a new HTPC case. but still to no avail.

another thing is that when i restart xp, again i am faced with the same dilemma where the rig would not power up.

any input/s will be highly appreciated.

I've seen a few of the earlier versions of this board having trouble with bad caps around the CPU ZIF socket. Have you looked inside closely? Perhaps some of those tall caps are bulging/leaking.

Also, i'd try a different power supply for kicks too, just in case.
