Thinking about a Sapphire x1950xt 256MB... Warranty?

What is Saphhire's policy on aftermarket heatsinks? I have owned eVGA cards for a while and their warranty is still valid even if you put on an aftermarket heatsink or overclock it...

Thoughts?

I have ~200 to get a new video card and I'm thinking the X1950XT 256MB would do me just perfectly. I don't have a large monitor (19" 4:3) so I mainly stick to 1280x1024 but like to turn all the eye candy on... The only thing I was worried about with this X1950XT is the heat everyone says it puts out and how loud the stock HSF is...
