I assume your GPU is on stock clocks? Do you have rivatuner? You could try a slight OC on your graphics card. It does not look like your CPU is your bottle neck so O think you need to twek your graphics card a bit.
 
Run CPU-Z and open the 'Mainboard' tab. Under Graphic Interface, check 'Transfer Rate'. If it reads something other than the 'Max Supported', you need to increase your PCI-E frequency in the bios.

I had the same problem.
 
Your over 900 points better than my rig....and yours is low?

I must have REALLY screwed something up then...hmmmm
