Foam Pads for Thermaltake Heatsink

I am changing mother boards and will be moving my Thermaltake CL-P0114. Thermal take wants $25 for new foam pads.

Do you think I will be able to reuse the old ones?

If not is there a suitable material I can find somewhere and cut to size?

Lastly if not, what is a different heatsink I could get that moves from motherboard to motherboard without the hassel?

anything that isn't electrically conductive between the backplate and the mobo should do.
