Copy Files/Directories and Preserve Date and Time

Is there a similar DOS command to copy all files and directories while preserving the date and time stamps of the original? Like the exact 1:1 copy provided in linux by cp -p [ same as --preserve ]

Thanks! thats what I ended up doing... a lot of switches though... took some time to get it the way I needed... cp -p is soooooo much easier haha
