e8400 First Ever Overclock

So, thanks for the help, that was a pretty easy overclock.
It looks pretty stable at 3.6GHz.
All I did was turn the FSB to 400, didn't touch the voltages.
Definitely heated up running 3DMark06.... 50C.
Stock Cooling.
But the problem is this... why would my 3DMark scores go down?!!
I went from 1125ish to 1049ish (I forgot the exact numbers).
I did tighten the RAM a bit.
I haven't touched anything else.... does that make sense?
I am running the following:

That does sound strange, what memory timings are you using?

I think I am running 4-4-4-12
I am going to loosen them a bit
