What motherboard

Hell all im trying to upgrade the motherboard i have now it an Asus M2A-VM

what would be a good upgrade , im looking for one that can overclock nicely

one with memory timming i can change and everything else i have an AMD x64 5000+ AND i hope i can upgrade later to a Phenom

im sry im new to this stuff , can these boards run SLI OR CROSSFIRE , if im reading right these board are crossfire , i thought the 8800gt is sli , so you shed some light on this for me , i know im behind but a crash course would be greatfull ty

You might want to look at a 780A motherboard if you want sli. Most will have the bios features your are looking for.
