yes it will. I am thinking that the 6380 is the K7t266 Pro2. Or a close variation.
I did have 1 problem to look out for. Either the socket is a litttle shorter or the new CPU I got was a little shorter, but either way the HS didn't fit snugly on the CPU. Ever wonder what burnt cermaic smells like. I can send you my fried chip if you're interested. So just look out for that. I put in on this board exactly like I took it off my old abit.
