Can someone check my fan diagram please!

Hi I would be really grateful if someone could double check this diagram I have drawn up, just incase I kill myself! lol!

Gonna put 3 fans onto one molex and another four onto another molex, then run these from PSU on one cable, e.g when you have your optical drives on the same cable!

Main things I am worried about:

1. Will this be ok even with 3 x 230mms + 1 140mm?

2. Also I presume where the cable is white that is the +12V instead of yellow?

3. Also running these of the same cable on two seperate molex's?

p.s I presume all the fans will get 12v if I set it up this way?
