Best CPU monitoring program

What do you guys use to monitor your cpu temps and adjust fan speeds while gaming? I am looking for something similar to msi afterburner because it's a very easy to use and light weight program.

I use CoreTemp for CPU temps and use the BIOS or a fan controller for fan speeds. I haven't found a reliable program for adjusting fan speeds while in the OS.

Well just go into your bios, you should have settings for fans, i got mine set so that when cpu hit's 45°C everyting goes 100%

sometimes your motherboard is got some utillity that would monitor but i use my bios and i like realtemp for cpu.
