Proc: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T B.E. 3.2 Ghz
Cooling: 2x 200mm Fans and 1x 120mm fan (came with case)
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 5770
Proc Cooling: Cooler Master V6 (upgrading to Corsair H50 very soon)
Sound Card: Onboard Supreme FX X-Fi 8 channel
Media Drive: LG Blu-Ray Burner
HDD: Wester Digital 1TB Caviar Black
Power: Corsair TX750

anybody have any setting for overclocking with this equipment

Corsair H50 doesn't have enough heat dissipation to max out a 6 core Thuban unless it's in an extremely cold room. Otherwise you're going to be running it quite hot.
