Please help me!

URGENT!!!!
VIRUS!!!!

How to remove this virus???
i dont know the name is..
but, the virus make a change...
1. firewall is not activated,,, (i cant enable it)
2. change my browser to using proxy....
3. slowdown my comp when its shutdown.
4. i can system restore. and all problem above are solved. but it become useless when next restart.... :

do a system restore. then do another to an earlier time. Turn off SR and delete all restore points.

So.......it worked? If so, yes it will be fine. Whatevervirus/malware etc was there "should be" gone when you dleted the restore points
