Early binning results on HWBot show them being the same as 2600ks.

What a shocker. They have just refined there process at making the CPU's and can squeeze another sku/money out of it with a new name is all.
 
I read on many forums that the last 260K's were not clocking as well as the early ones.
They might keep the top of the basket for the 2700K's...
 
makes me think of the 920 : 930 difference. the 930's seemed to run cooler but offered less performance for most that were oc'ing. not a bad processor, just not a performance leap at all

I'll give it a go. We'll see what the egg produces this time.
 
This will be great for the 67H if they lock them down and drop the K and twenty bucks.
