I am guessing that this build is for overclocking and gaming. Don't buy a hard drive right now as the prices have quadrupled so your best off with a ssd (solid state drive). Those speakers in my opinion aren't good enough to warrant a sound card. I would suggest a z68 motherboard.

you have an alright build you don't need the sound card and for 90 bucks you can get these 5.1 surround sound which will be Much more better then those 2.1:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16836121044
That case is a little to expensive for a good full tower you could go with a rosewill THOR on newegg for 20 dollars more http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147053 its so much better but that's just me the motherboard is up to you that gigabyte one looks alright but i am not an expert on MoBos so i will let some one else handle that but go for a z68 board and Hard drives as stated before don't buy them right now wait for now go with an ssd like the crucial M4 the mouse go with a razer mouse but that's all up to you go and see if you can try the mice before you buy it will help you greatly in your choice and same with the key board try to go to your local computer store and see if you can try the mice and keyboard out.

I would go with a z68 ud4, or the asus MIVE over the board you have. Go z68 so you ensure that you can go IB later on down the line.
