That other thread doesn't really apply to what I am looking for. I would like an integrated microphone as well. I do not have a dedicated sound card at the moment, but I am not opposed to having one. I am using the GA-Z77x-UD5h mainboard, which seems to have a fairly robust integrated audio package.
